We want you to love your scent. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right under the conditions below.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within [14] days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used diffusers

Items with missing packaging, damage caused by misuse, or oil leakage due to incorrect handling
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer:

a replacement (depending on stock availability), or

a refund
Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within [5–10 business days] via:

the original payment method, or

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
