Refund policy

We want you to love your scent. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right under the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within [14] days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item is in resellable condition

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used diffusers

  • Items with missing packaging, damage caused by misuse, or oil leakage due to incorrect handling

Damaged / Wrong Item

If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer:

  • a replacement (depending on stock availability), or

  • a refund 

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within [5–10 business days] via:

  • the original payment method, or

  • [InstaPay / bank transfer] (if applicable)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a customer change of mind, the customer covers return shipping.

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we cover return shipping.
